2. TJ Hughes: skeletons, spiders and spooky decorations
Discount department store TJ Hughes has a full Halloween section, split into decorations, costumes and accessories. The decorations go big: posable 3ft skeletons with movable joints, a pack of four 5ft LED skeletons (£135), a giant 8ft animatronic skeleton (£289), a dangling animatronic spider and a light-up “For Rent” tombstone for the front garden. For something smaller, there are personalised pumpkin candles and Halloween sweet jars.
- Code: 5% off sitewide (valid until 31 December 2026).
- Deal: further reductions on selected lines.
3. Yankee Candle: Halloween candles and a free Spiced Pumpkin jar
Yankee Candle’s Halloween collection has the seasonal favourites: Witches Brew (£29.99) and Spiced Pumpkin (£24.99). The best offer this month is the free gift: spend £50 and a Spiced Pumpkin medium jar is added at checkout.
- Free Spiced Pumpkin medium jar when you spend £50 (until 22 October).
- Small jars: 3 for £25 or 6 for £30 (until 22 October).

4. WoodWick: pumpkin scents with a crackling wick
If you’d rather have cosy than creepy, WoodWick’s wooden wicks crackle like a fire as they burn, which suits a dark Halloween evening. Its autumn range includes Pumpkin Praline, and the candle gift sets make good hostess gifts if you’ve been invited to a Halloween party.
- Save up to 25% on candle gift sets and bundles.
- Free delivery on orders over £35.
- 20% student discount with Student Beans, plus a key worker discount for NHS staff, the armed forces and teachers.
5. ContactLenses.co.uk: Halloween and cosplay lenses
Nothing finishes a costume like the eyes. ContactLenses.co.uk has a dedicated Halloween and cosplay range with styles such as White-Out, Black-Out, Red Cat Eye, Yellow Cat Eye and Manson Black, sold in boxes of two lenses (around £15 a pair).
- Free UK delivery on orders over £40, with free returns.
- Next-day delivery is available if you’ve left it late.
Wear them safely: wash and dry your hands before touching lenses, rinse them in contact lens solution (never water), never share them, and don’t wear them for longer than the instructions say. If your eyes hurt or turn red, take the lenses out and see an optician.

6. Ulanzi: a portable fog machine for spooky photos
For something different, Ulanzi’s FILMOG Ace portable fog machine is made for photographers and video creators, and it’s an easy way to add a misty, haunted look to Halloween party photos and videos. It has 36 adjustable fog effects, attachments for shaping the fog, and comes with a bottle of fog juice (bundles with extra fog juice are available).
- Code: 20% off all Ulanzi products (not during big sale events, when a separate stacking code works instead).
- New customers get 10% off their first order when they sign up to Ulanzi’s emails.
How to save on Halloween this year
- Order costumes early. Halloween is on a Saturday this year, so most parties will be that weekend. Leave at least a week for delivery.
- Use free-delivery thresholds. Yankee Candle and WoodWick deliver free over £35, and ContactLenses.co.uk over £40, so group your orders.
- Check for student and key worker discounts. Yankee Candle and WoodWick both offer them.
- Look again on 1 November. Halloween stock is often reduced once the day has passed, which is a cheap way to stock up for next year.
